The NAAC advocates the establishment of Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) by all the accredited institutions as a post accreditation quality sustenance activity. IQAC internalizes and institutionalizes the quality enhancement through a sense of belongingness and participation among the constituents of an institution . IQAC channelizes the efforts of the institution towards academic excellence. Overall quality development of the institute is the ultimate goal of the IQAC.

As The Quorum Was Complete, The Proceedings Were Held As Per The Agenda.

  1. Chairperson Welcomed The New Members Of IQAC,Introduced The Coordinator, Offered Her Complete Support, And Best Wishes To the New Team.
  2. Coordinator Read out The Objectives and Functions of IQAC.
  3. Information Regarding the New Rules and Procedures of NAAC.
  4. Members Come Up With Their Plans And Suggestions For Improvement In The Quality Of Education Rendered By The College.
  5. Academic Calendar 2021-2022 Was Finalized.
  6. It Was Resolved that AQAR of 2018-19 2019-20 will be Submit before 15th January 2022.
  7. It Was Decided That Criterion Wise Sample Hard Copy Will Be Distributed To The Teachers So That They Start Preparing For AQAR 2020-21.
  8. College Has Been Functioning Through Various Cells And Committees. I QAC Members Were Given The Responsibility Of Collecting Reports Of Committees Assigned To Them. It Was Decided That IQAC Will Hold Regular Meeting With The Deferent Committees.
  9. IQAC Decided To Collect Department Wise Results of Both UG and PG Programmes. Notice Is To Be Issued
  10. All HODS (Head of Department) will be Directed to Prepare Their Departmental Files.
  11. NAAC Accreditation Of Our College Ended on 24th October 2018 With A view To Start The Process Of 2nd Cycle, Which Is Delayed Due To Some Reasons IQAC Decided To Update Minimum Institutional Requirement
  12. Plan Of Action 2021-22 Was Finalized.
  13. IQAC Will Try For Generating Funds From Various Funding Agencies And Other Sources For The Development Of Infrastructure.

1.  We are all aware that Saraswati Pooja is a very important and auspicious event of the college curriculum. We shall endeavour to celebrate pooza with similar zeal and enthusiasm this year as well. These minutes are intended to ensure a smooth and successful Saraswati Pooja Celebrations .

2.COLLEGE DEVELOPEMENT FUND (CDF)
 Generation and management of funds are crucial to the good health and smooth functioning of any institution. It is imperative to institute solid fundamentals for creation and utilisation of CDF .  This minute is aimed to discuss various modalities of generation,management, judicious and optimum utilisation of CDF, so generated . The same is being discussed here .
a. Necessity of CDF

d. CDF Committee - A committee shall be constituted to manage CDF

f. Duties of various members of the CDF Committee.

g. Transparency in Generation ,Management, Utilisation and Accounting of CDF - The following shall be adhered to by the committee to ensure  transparent generation , management,  utilisation and accounting of CDF 

Grievances Cell - A grievances cell shall be constituted to ensure fast and transparent resolution of grievances, if any, arising out of the operation of the CDF.
    These minutes are not conclusive and exhaustive by any means .These shall be reviewed from time to time as and when necessitated to ensure judicious and optimum utilisation of CDF.
